Music, like no other art form, reflects the true variety of Hispanic culture. Join the Owensboro Symphony for a celebration of the rich cultural impact of Latin American and Hispanic composers. This exciting concert features Grammy winning classical guitarist Sharon Isbin hailed by the Boston Globe as “One of the best guitarists in the world.” and the lively Espana by Chabrier, Marquez’s Danzón No. 2, Concierto de Aranjuez, El amor brujo: Ritual Fire Dance, Huapango, music from Coco, and Capriccio espagnol.

The 60th season begins Troy Quinn’s ninth season with the Symphony and will highlight the breadth and versatility of the Orchestra’s musicians. Over the course of the season, the Symphony will perform concerts spanning celebrated works from the symphonic repertoire, the best of pop culture, Holiday favorites, Spanish heritage, tributes to legendary composers and more.
